Selecting & Securing your Property
Complete the reservation forms and pay the reservation fee. Typically the reservation fee is GBP 2000 - 5000. Our team can also assist with introductions to specialists to assist with mortgages, foreign exchange and setting up of international bank accounts, should you need.
Exchange of Contracts & Deposit
Once all the legal aspects have been completed, including the KYC formalities etc. then the exchange of contracts will happen and the deposit is due. The deposit is typically 10-20% of the price, however, some developers offer payment plans.
Handover & Completion
While waiting for completion, all aspects relating to furnishing, rentals etc. needs to be taken care of so that you are ready for completion. On completion, the balance will be due and you can collect your keys.
